Tammy Woodard, President Tammy is the one to call for creative know-how. Whenever a challenge arises for a client, a solution is not far off if Tammy is involved. Tammy is our problem solver extraordinaire, putting her vast benefits knowledge to work to deliver ideas and results to our clients. What’s really weird is that she actually likes fixing problems and coming up with new ideas. No wonder our clients love her! She has over 24 years of benefits experience and is a Registered Health Underwriter. |

Bruce Woodard, Vice President Bruce has been a licensed insurance agent since 1998 and is the man working behind the scenes handling the day to day operations. He usually knows just what to do and why… because Tammy tells him! Bruce came to WBG after holding several management and director level positions in the telecom industry. Those roles provided the invaluable experience of dealing with challenging personnel and organizational issues. This experience helped develop the sense of humor and the patience he needs to manage our daily operations. It also gave Bruce the insight into the importance of cost control and getting the best bang for the buck. We use this knowledge to help our clients accomplish the same thing with their benefit plans. |

Sara Parrish, Sales Executive Sara graduated cum laude from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX in 2006. Before she came to Woodard Benefits, she began her post-college career in telecom sales, where she was promoted to management in less than a year. Sara’s energetic personality and strong sense of personal responsibility help her deliver the passionate service for which WBG is well known.
